About Me

Hello, and nice to meet you!

The work you see here comes mostly from my time at MIT and at Ball State University. If you would like additional employment or other information, please contact me.

I finished graduate school at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in September 2016, where I earned an S.M. in Comparative Media Studies. My thesis project was about comics which utilize aural and tactile imagery and are made for readers with partial or no sight. It is titled, Comics: The (Not Only) Visual Medium. I earned my B.A. in English Literature from Ball State University in December of 2016. Chirp chirp!

I grew up in Indiana, just a few miles north of Louisville, Kentucky. My favorite place to be has always been the library, any library. I would not be who I am if it were not for libraries and my mother. Though I am a bibliophile, I have a hard time naming favorites when it comes to any medium. However, I am always happy to discuss my favorite Hoosier author, Kurt Vonnegut.

My pronouns are she, her, and hers.

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please let me know.
